5:30 @ The Bad Apple
It's Carnival season! Grab your glad rags, shine your shoes, layer on the beads, and join us for a fantastic pre-Mardi Gras party! Tickets are $70/ person (on sale for $65 now until Valentine's Day).
5:30-6:30: Cocktail hour with a silent auction. Grab a cocktail at the bar, browse items, place a bid or two if the mood strikes you, and mingle with fellow revelers. Everyone is welcome to participate in cocktail hour, even if you aren't drinking or bidding.
7:00-9:00: Live music (by the Bourbon Street Express), multi-course Creole inspired dinner service (by The Happy Hog):
- Crawfish Dip with Old Bay Chips
- Louisiana Sunburst Salad
- Jambalaya (chicken, shrimp and andouille)
- Brioche Bread Pudding w/ Bourbon Caramel Sauce
Costumes, gowns and masks are strongly encouraged.
New Orleans inspired cocktails with be available at the CASH-BAR throughout the evening. Please bring actual cash for the bar (we cannot accept credit or debit cards).
